At Green Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable home decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
